What is clearly beyond imagination is an AVC even higher than last year, given that econ growth is much slower this year. Unless it's a pretty blatant attempt to curry favour before elections.

Unless the officer is drawing super scale pay otherwise whether you get 0.5 , 0.75 or 1 mth dun really matter if a officer is earning peanut
