These speculations are not making this better.

While PSD has proposed a certain quantum for the AVC, it is likely that Unions have put up higher AVC. This means that the final AVC is still being negotiated. As I mentioned previously, the negotiations are tougher this year. Let’s wait while remembering that the final decision should not only take into consideration the sentiments on the ground (whichever way it goes) but also the economic situation. Public Service has always placed great emphasis on financial prudence, yet embracing the people who have put service above all.

Lol. Seems like those "BIG EXPERTS" here still internalising and don't believe it's 1.05 avc

While 1.05 would definitely be good news, I wonder how they justify giving a 1.05 year end AVC against this economy backdrop. I'm sceptical but I hope you guys are right about your sources.
