Mid-Year Civil Servant Bonus 2019

Maximum of bonus for mod-year and end-of-year is 1.5 months. Since 0.45months was given as most-year, the maximum for end of year is 1.05months. Last year, when the economy was better, it was 1 month or $1,800, whichever is higher. Negotiation this year is tougher. Decision should be reached soon as (yes), system needs a certain number of days to process the payout. It is likely that the bonus will be announced either tomorrow or latest on 29 November 2019. Otherwise, Human Resources and Finance Department would have to run like mad.

What makes your claim more believable than the 47 others?
