Ntuc unions haven't meeting yet. Should meet by today or tomorrow Thurs afternoon. Then civil service yr end bonus will be out.

Most of the SIA lncheon to Sg flight touch SG before 11 pm so PM should be back liao unless he decided to detour to Philippines to support SG sea games participants lol
