The budget and workplan would already have included one months as planning la so what is so difficult to decide on a number between 0.1 to 1 month...0 to 0.3 was for global subprime crisis are we there? No. 0.4 to 0.6 would make the public happy as it is a 50% cut from last year but would it make the cs happy since everyone has worked hard? 0.9 and 1.0 is out of the qns since economy not doing so well...so that leaves 0.5 to 0.8...really so hard to decide...?

Am honestly surprised at how late PSD is announcing this year's bonus. I think this is probably the first time that the bonus is announced later than 27th Nov.

Hmmm. Maybe give our coll at PSD some benefits of doubt. They might be working hard to justify for a 1 mth AVC, hence the delay. (:
