From wat I heard , it was originally at 0.2.
Following the better than expected news, it has been revised to 0.3 + $xxx

The bonuses given by the Govt is usually taken as a benchmark by the private sector of How gloomy or bright they tink 2020 will be.

Finally, someone who has some sense and the info actually has logic behind it.
