Hi,
Can confirm that singtel is 5.1
Micron tend to OT so even though base is 3.7-4 they tend to get 6k+ after OT

Just because you cannot get into the progs doesn't mean they don't exist and salaries are not worth posting. There's enough ppl that get in into these jobs and want to know. Can confirm TS estimates.

Not every fresh grad can get into the companies above.
No point in posting such salary estimates unless there is evidence provided on the contract and during tax assessement.

sorry to hear about the situation you are facing, but dont be butthurt by these salary estimates, i believe it would be useful for those people applying within these industries and MNCs. If you cant qualify or know that you are not within the range then so be it, go look for your specific company thread.

Heard of the Stan Chart IGP as well, but iirc the quote of 5.2k salary is gross salary, inclusive of bonus, i do not know the base exactly

There is no free lunch in this world. Only some can get into these programs. Once you get in, you will know. I am not a fresh grad n I have worked in 3 of the companies above. Yes agree it is useful for people applying. But dont paint a beautiful picture of having these limited roles and not addressing the general job market in reality.

ya sure, agreed with you on your 'no free lunch' theory, paid more, possibly expect more responsibilities. But at which point of my thread did i say it was the reality of the job market? With more salary estimates added to the compilation then possibly we will get a better idea of the job market, as simple as that, uni grads cannot be dont understand this. lol
