Anybody know what is the hiring process like?

I'm curious to know as there isn't a portal for you to check your application status. They were very eager to hire from what was experienced in the school career fest, but they did not reply to my job applications.

Thus, I am wondering if anybody on this forum knows what is the process like? And if they will inform you if you are not selected?

AIC has better pay than a typical civil servant. Pay is above average in the healthcare sector. Has a lot of KPI to meet though. Congratulations to you if you are employed by AIC.

Are employees of AIC under the MX scheme? Since AIC is setup by MOH.

Is AIC having the same horror culture as IHIS?

culture really depends on dept and team. expect long hours to shine. and yes, they paid better than healthcare and CS
