Anyone can verify this? From Glassdoor seems like the bump is 10% only

Yup I can confirm,

I started at 6k in 2020, got 8100 in 2021 and 10,935 this year, next year i'll get 14,762 a month.

Each increment is 35% bump. The math is correct.










LOL you morons, if you believe it you're dumb. You think companies give you 35% let alone 15%? dream on kids. Unless you got lowballed 2-3k lower than others in the same role, you're not getting bumps above 10%.

Lmao agreed! Annual increment max 5%, and pay jumps for promotion anywhere from 10-20% and they defo don’t come annually. Thanks for shedding some good light.
