Fail to start work given by recruitment agency
I signed a letter of commitment to BGC the recruitment agency, I went for the interview job given by BGC and was selected for the permanent position with company A.
But I realized that I do not like the job(Other Reasons). And I have not signed a contract and have not started working with Company A.
But my letter of commitment states that I fail to start after signing the contract with company A if I do I will have to compensate BGC 1 month's salary.
Is it okay to terminate the letter of commitment? Or do I still need to compensate BGC?
