Managment Trainee
Hi guys
I got an e-mail offering me a managment trainee position (insurance company) and I went googling about it. It seems attractive enough on paper with good pay and promise of entering management.
What really puzzle me is why are requirements so low? Anyone went through a management trainee program and benefited from it?
