I remember hearing Samantha (HR person) that we can apply again after four weeks. I guess that means 4 weeks after rejection email received?

Yes, Apple will eventually update on your application status. Rejection status usually comes faster.

I have a friend who previously worked at Apple who said that it takes a while for Apple to finally arrive with a job offer. For context, I saw online that a candidate overseas had applied for a retail position, and only received an offer about 6 months later.

Got multiple calls from a specified number and always missed it. Tried calling back but it was cut upon connecting within seconds. So this time round i waited patiently and keep my phone with me wherever i go. Finally the same number called and it was from Apple Orchard. She mentioned about the tech specialist that i apply and congratulate me asking if i can start november 1st and also whether do i have any plans to take off for the next 4 month. Now she told me to wait 24 to 48 hour for another Apple team regarding salary and benefits package.

What’s the time lapse between your 3rd interview and the call? Did you wait long?

Time lapse as follows

5 September - 3rd Interview
20 September - Background check
9 September - Missed a few calls call back but disconnected
10 September - Missed a few calls morning then afternoon managed to pick up the call.

They told me we cannot call back the number thus the instant disconnection upon connecting the call. Now I’m making sure this 48 hours my phone is by my side throughout haha.

I went for 3rd interview on 18th Sept. No calls or emails yet. Lost cause? Time to move on, I suppose.

I went for my third interview on the 31st of July and only got an update/background check email on 30th of September. Don’t give up yet!
