Hi! I was nominated by the division which I interned at and just did my 3rd round HR & Tech Lead interview. Was told that they'll get back to me by a week.
Any idea what's the 4th round Senior Management Interview like? and also what are the chances of getting in if one managed to get into the 4th round? Thanks!

Just to enquire bros, the GovTech TAP program is it a mix of business and technology or just purely technology any idea ?

is this program mass hire or something my school keeps spamming me with their hiring messages

not sure if this is worth a try, seems like a restricted boring place to work at

This program spam hiring message to get more applicants. In the end they will only accept 20 out of 2000 applicants into the program, atb to you if you are applying.

hes actually not kidding lol, not to mention the 20~ ish slots per year, about half or so are already taken up by scholars. Leaving effectively about 10~ or so open slots per year.

Don't bother applying.

I got friends FCH comp science NTU / NUS, officer during NS, one even offered army scholarship yet none of them got in lol.

So unless you have

1. Big contribution in NS
2. FCH / perfect GPA from NTU / NUS
3. Insane resume, FAANG-like

don't even bother. they mass spam to give the idea that they are mass hiring / still hiring but the reality is that they handpick people and ask these people to join, they don't ever accept anyone who applies directly.
