Salary and Prospects of Veterinarian in SG
hi i'm interested to know what is the basic salary of a vet graduate, and what are the prospects of a vet in SG? seems like there is a limited number of animal hosp/clinics (and of course only one Zoo) in SG..

onli one zoo ...and erm vet mean animal docor?
but got dr title not???

yeah i mean animal doctor.. hmm seems like it's not a popular job in SG..

I have a friend whose dad is a vet. He's doing well (drive benz and condo in redhill) aside from his practice, he's also selling pet food and other daying comsumeables for pets. Anyway, networking is very important as you will most likely survive on a group of loyal customers. This may sound extremely rude but go join a chunch, there're many pet owners there.

vet have to face sick and abused animals everyday.... do this if u're in for the passion.
in private clinics, revenues are in terms of thousands every single day.
not for the faint-hearted.
