Govtech bonus
 

I am currently interviewing for a PM role with GovTech.
What is the bonus scheme? Do they have AWS and Performance bonus?

no 13th month but have performance bonus.

I heard that they have things like anniversary bonus (which is aws), corporate bonus and performance bonus. Is this true?

they have aws for permanent scheme.

nopes. since 2018, they have removed aws from their scheme. please don't anyhow say if you are not working inside. zz.

did you mistaken it for AVC? AVC is also 1 month for 2018. I am also working in Govtech, under malware team. I don't have it, same as the other guy.

2018 Annual Wage Supplement for Permanent Scheme as stated in the email (30-Nov) clearly and not AVC.

You are funny. If a person works in govtech, they know which date is the pay day of govtech!! Different agency has different HR practice!! dont anyhow say!!

Current GovTech emplyee now, under cybersecurity security group - CWC.

Leave benefits
Insurance (family and self) if employee pay how much we should be paying

How does govtech pay in terms of salary as compared to ministry jobs or schemes like saf or spf

perf bonus and corp bonus lumped together and paid out once a year?

Yeah thats how they do it

also note that alot of their jobs now are contract rather than permanent though you get the same benefits as perm.

contract staff the corp bonus is capped to 0.5 mth as compared to perm. avg corp bonus is arnd 0.75 according to HR. but last year was higher

I am under direct contract for 1 years. Hr told me can convert to perm if performance is good.

What is the chances of conversion?

If there is a perm opening and you have shown that u can perform that perm role
