Do local banks like ocbc pay their front office/middle office/back office very differently? for example an AVP in back office vs AVP in middle office vs AVP in front office

and do they have the culture where front office look down on middle and back office?

How much does a typical AM7 and M6 earn under this program?

Do they update the career portal under "submission status" if you are rejected? I still see "under consideration" but it has been months since I applied.

Did HR follow up with any thing after the call? I was called too and they just say will arrange for interview if hiring manager interested
