Anyone knows how long it generally takes for hr to get back to you on interview outcome?

If you are selected, it should be very fast i.e. few days

Few days is include weekend of only working days? Public holiday counts?

It really depends. And do chill. If you get it, it's good but it doesn't come your way, it jus means you are not the best person for the role and no point harping on the number of days e.g. PH/Weekday etc. All the best!

GTP is overrated. It is not a MA programme (unlike UOB and DBS MAP) and there is no fast track. The only things that differentiate this programme from direct hires are that you can rotate to different departments and attend training courses during the programme. After that, you are just like a direct hire. Many GTs/YBs use this programme as a stepping stone to international banks or MNCs. No local uni grad worth their salt will stay in a local bank for more than 2-3 years, unless they are fast tracked for management.

It depends! But the panel interview should be around these 2 weeks so if you are shortlisted then it shld be soon.

Is there fast track for UOB and the progression there better? I guess many of us here are undergrads that dont qualify for DBS MAP also haha
