seems like so many candidates get to proceed with HireVue. I was wondering how lucky am I. Should I complete HireVue? A bit lazy...dont want get so many expectations ;(

Haven't really heard much of OCBC hiring any graduates below 2nd upper tbh (as with most bank grad programs). Seems like OCBC may have really lowered their pay?

I applied few months ago and also just received the invitation for video interview but not intending to do it as i have already take on other offers
Frankly speaking, this programme is starting in about three weeks times so the "good" roles would have been filled up by now so even if i were to do the video interview i think there wont be any fairytale ending

During my interview the HR said that first class is 4.6k, second class is 4.2k. Adjustment will be made when you submit the cert to them, backpay if necessary
