it's not a dead end.. just longer to climb and harder to move to front office but it's still an honest living. though the pay isn't great and neither is it prestigious but then ocbc isn't either so yup

From what I understand the pay is the same regardless of what division right? Only depends on class of honors right?

School matters too. Local vs private uni.

during the program, yes, but after graduation from the program, front office gets higher base and higher bonus (more months e.g. 6 for FO vs 1 or 2 for BO)

i.e. 1st class FCH local = 1st class private
