Finally someone with a different status! Haha. But wow did the HR practice change. I've gone for their AC in the past and it's a call from HR and an email to indicate next steps. A text seems rather uncanny for a program like this.

I've applied to Business Development.

My status has also been under reviewed since mid July. I wish they just give an update on the application, whether we are already rejected or if there were changes to the application timeline.

The uncertainty is killing me.

I agree. It is quite frustrating. Even a delay in timeline should be informed...

i did enquire with them on the status of the application. and they said an update would by given by August (end august presumably). So i suppose the entire timeline from AC to final interview has been pushed back.

Can't believe it's already end Aug. What a burn out month. Where my fellow FMCG ppl. Are y'all dying from the new fiscal year too lol. Also, it looks like we won't be getting news for this.

That sucks. I would love to be informed earlier if I didn't make it. So I know I can move on and accept that I'm stuck here where I am. Lols

yeah, exactly. Don't understand why is it so hard to provide a simple update or just change the status in the system.
