Mortgage Specialist Role.
Hi. Anyone worked as a Mortgage Specialist/Home Loan Officer role before? How is it as compared to other banking sales role such as Relationship Manager?

Never heard about that before. How does it works?

Last year I lost my job and I thought that my life will never be the same. House owner told me that if I don't pay for the rent I would sleep on the street. I remember that I had to find some cash but the bank refused to help me and I thought this is the end but my friend told me to visit and you know they really helped me. Service was really great and really fast. Next morning I paid my rent and started to search for a new job. Now I live in a big house. I have a really great job and finally i can say that i am happy. Never stop believing in yourself.

Now, I donít want to seem a little bit old-fashioned, but in my opinion, those assistants are making money from nothing. The problem is that people see them as lawyers, but ask them, do they have a law degree? I think that one percent, maybe, will say yes, and if so, itís not from the most prestigious university, believe me. The point here is that people are blind and think that they cannot read a simple terms and conditions sheet. In that case, choose a place like simplified home loan and you will be amazed how those terms and conditions can be explained in like ten minutes. I really hope that in the future, every company will operate like that one.
