should I switch job for another after a month
Worked at a company for a month now.
Gotten another offer from a smaller company but with a much higher salary (around 1.5k higher).

yup can jump, if you nv sign a minimum contract with your current company. if you signed, then just compensate them lor.
1.5k is quite a lot. if you jump from 3k to 4.5k is 50% increment. you just need to make sure the new company got good bonus also.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, there is no 'contract', but a notice period of a month.
I am just worried about having a bad reputation as I do not have much working experiences.
It is actually a jump from 5000 to 6400.
So in general, it is a good idea to make the switch? Should I sign the offer first before telling my current company about it?

Just take note on the bonus part which contribute to the remuneration package. Secondly, prospect wise, the bigger company gives you better profile in your CV.
