IT career - mnc or sme?
Hi guys, I am a diploma fresh graduates in IT.
Currently I have 2 job offers; $2.2k as applications specialist in a local private company vs $2k as an IT Executive in a reputable multi national company.
I am looking into the career prospects and Increment in salary for the next few years. Which should I go for?

After 8 years of working in IT , Salary i see are still so low for fresh grads .. sigh !
