Fintech startup working culture

I got offers which i am in the midst to choose.
One of employer is doing fintech as product and china based.

Is china based fintech really work 996?
What about the career progression, culture and people?

The company name is Bxxxxxe giant cryptocurrency company.

Any insider can share me some insights should i go?
