Received verbal offer last week, after that they sent an email with a link to the offer letter.

Received verbal offer almost two weeks ago but yet to receive the official letter. Do we need to clear the medical check up before getting the offer letter?

That is an estimate including fixed and variable bonus?

exxon doesnt pay variable bonus fyi, its fixed 3 mths AWS

It includes the 3month AWS and 5% monthly saving allowance.

I thought there would be performance bonus, which is what other companies like Shell does on top of the fixed 3 months AWS. May I know if the offer letter comes in the annual package salary or monthly salary?
