Skills and experience. You have much to learn young padawan.

It is people like you who are so entitled when you have experience and skills. Anyone also can have skills and experience. But no degree mean no degree. No amount of experience and skill can match a degree. You got 10 year experience so what. I can have 10 year experience after 10 year too. I no need to know how to do my job as long as I can manage the diploma holders subordinates under me. This is the real world not your imaginary world.

What is lean 6 sigma? Got better than my degree or not? Self entitled people like you think your experience so big? We take 4years to complete our degree you think for show only?

this whole focus on diploma vs degree is outdated
mnc's care if you can do the job and your performance
initially it might open fewer doors, but over time things even out if you are good
source: I am a hiring manager and have hired many engineers in various mnc's

But do you dare say when come to promotion, you will promote diploma holder over degree?
Degree holder level is engineer to manager. Diploma is senior technician to engineer. That is how it is. A degree is a degree and cannot be replaced by whatever experience. Period.

This guy is obviously a troll.
In the rare case that he isn’t trolling, the standard of his English would have probably answered his own question.
