Micron
I am currently in micron, 1 year in.
However, I find myself not that happy and content with my work even though its pays very well for a fresh graduate.
What should I do right now? Find a new job with lower pay as I am quite sure outside wont be able to match my current pay. Or do I just suck it up and continue working till at least next year before I jump to other industry. And even so, which industry should I jump to?
Thanks

First of all, what makes you think others cannot match your pay? Share your current package.
I think there is no harm finding new jobs as it is a process to search for your ideal job and also understand your value in the job market. It is not guaranteed you will get an offer

First of all, you may want to compare annual package instead of monthly salary. Especially government job gives reasonable basic but generally higher bonus which works out better remuneration package.
Anyway, from my perspective, a few questions for yourself to answer.
What makes unhappy with the role? Technical aspect? Political aspect? Relationship aspect? etc. I believe there are more options to solve the problem. Changing a job might not solve your problem but it does have an impact on your interview and resume which you need to answer every time for having a short employment period.
However, I do think you are looking for bigger paycheck since you are mentioning about employer may not be able to match your current package. Just an advice, if you are looking for better package then prepared to show why are you worth more after just one year of work.
