My total annual package is 80k plus they will sponsor my masters. Why do i see so many singaporeans paid lower? Some even nus fch. Is it cause im better at ivs and only apply for MNCs? Or is it just cause u guys r singaporeans?

semicon in general pays better. Engineering pay really depends on which sector

Quite similar I think ~4.5K for fresh grad and 300-400 increment per year on average. Quite a bit higher than private in general.
