Just submitted a job application for ESG. Does anyone has recollection how long the HR takes to contact you, should you be shortlisted? Thanks!

2021 Enterprise Pay
Hi so I received offers from ESG, MAS, and another pte company. This is for 2021 intake so it is the latest!
ESG MA prog. 4.05k +~3-4month bonus. After 1 year you can be emplaced into perm role. pay goes to 4.3k. hearsay after that based on merit but friends pay went to 4.8k in yr 3.
MAS grad officer. 3.85k +~2-3month bonus. 2 month bonus structure subsumed into gross so yr 2 onwards become abt 4.5, yr 3 abt 4.85.
After hearing all this negativity abt ESG, MAS seems more appealing despite the lower pay. just a bit sian that it is lower
^FCH with NS bump for both.

Suggest you go to MAS, the pay difference is honestly quite negligible for your first few years, and the experience you'll receive there is much more valuable.

Hi, curious to know how you are aware of the amount of bonus anyways? Doubt this is disclosed by the HR at all. Thanks!
