I would disagree that it is a dying business unless you are saying global trade is dying and countries around the world are gonna be self reliant and not do any international trade, which is not gonna happen.

What is the pay range for the most junior VP in the local banks?

Should contract work be avoided or are there better benefits or pay for contract workers compared to perm staff?

My friend told me she earning about 8k in a local bank, AVP with 5.5years of experience and MO role. I wonder if it's considered low for her rank? I thought AVP earns more than that for MO.
