Outside banking but within FI can vary a lot — are you in Asset manager, PE firm, insurance firm, re-insurance firm, etc? The pay scale varies tremendously. Suggest you identify the type of company for the folks here to advise better.

From totally unrelated sector. Non-banking, non-financial services, but quantitative sector. Job is an AVP is risk function.

anyone knows the typical performance bonus for MO/BO functions at ocbc/ uob/dbs, and when it is usually paid out? understand the quantum is ultimately down to individual performance. but i would to know a range to better gauge whether i should take up an offer. thank you.
