I am a VP2 in UOB in Compliance drawing close to 15K. I want to say i know of ppl who jumped from VP2 in UOB to ED in OCBC and SVP UOB jumped to OCBC become MD.
I think in the past uob titles are inflated. Nowadays, OCBC titles are more inflated. Tons of MD. i know of colleague can jump from uob SVP to ocbc MD. Dun make sense to me. |
