If it’s Citi vs DBS, I would go for DBS in most cases.

Recently moved out of Citi, wouldn't recommend going there right now. The organisation is in a mess due to the restructuring. People being shuffled around and laid off on quick notice. Besides, Citi doesn't pay super well and the staff benefits aren't great. Bonus roughly 1 month only.
