GSK Future Leaders Program - Salary & Career Growth?
Hi, anyone familiar with GSK Future Leader’s Program?
What’s the salary after graduating from this program and the career growth / salary growth moving forward?? I heard they underpay the graduates from the program by luring them in with “career growth” which sort of fast tracks them with nice fancy titles & “fast career growth” i.e. growth in title.

HUH! So low meh? You talking about take home salary right? Not gross (take home + CPF)?
My classmate now her 6th year there, graduated from the FLP now on rotation. Her salary she tell me is $6000.
FYI I’m financial consultant so I think they shouldn’t be lying to me? Dont know.. haha
