How come this year so slow

Nothing from Singhealth yet. probably the same old increment and bonus..

I'm barely 3 years into my job and I am feeling very hopeless about the career prospects. Is there any point in pursuing a masters or something more? I feel like it just means I'll be throwing away money for nothing

for admin staff doesn't matter as progression is solely based on whether your RO wants to put you up for it.

This means that having good PR and sucking skills will get you promoted. Not the effort that you put in.

nobody recognizes the work that you put in. Only how much sucking you put in. wfh do other things also no problem
