cause the bonuses are literally the same every year.

Actually it's kinda the same just that NHG and NUHS seems to pay slightly better than singhealth.

Not too sure about the base but in recent town hall a lot of staff feedbacked to CEO that Singhealth starting base is the lowest among the 3 clusters.

But it will take you many years before you reach $6K. I'm in my 9th year and I still haven't break through the $6K mark.

Assuming starting pay is 4.5k, can get around 6.5k after 8-10 years?
Annual A.I maybe around 3-4%, but still got promotion and national salary adjustment.
If 6.5k x 16 months = 104k liao

I went through 2 national salary adjustment but at 9th year only mid $5K.
