Just curious, do you also have the bonus retention payout (every 3-5 years) that was recently announced?

I think the ones who are suffering are those who joined before COVID happened. The sandwiched batch.
Those new employees post covid got a higher starting pay.. whereas seniors salary are not adjusted accordingly.

Yeah heard that if you worked for more than 4 years, you got zero increment while fresh grads got like a lot more. Was supposed to be a stealth increase but here we are

At this point, why even have clusters at all? To not provide civil service benefits as we are “restructured”?

Can you imagine if they didn’t put this anti poaching rule into place. You will see a lot of job hopping among the clusters and there will not be a stable manpower pool.

Anyone else is of the opinion that this is such a boomer take?

Pay will be better and there won't be nonsense clandestine increments for new staff.
Right now, people just hop to jobs in the private sector instead. Instead of a stable manpower pool there is NO manpower.

how many ADs and above are non boomers tbh?

and the reason why they started the whole cluster and restructure hospital concept, seperating all of us from the civil service is cause they cannot afford paying the benefits for your 30-40,000 a month senior consultants .....
