I heard the anti-poaching policy also originate from NUH when NTFGH opened up... Anyone knows if this is accurate?

Also if my direct report is just one job grade above me, is that a red flag? Does that mean I cannot promote until they promote

think any institution apart from NUHS dont practice the off cycle promotion.

hello all just got an offer to an nuhs institution for an executive position.
seeing what is written here, can anybody give me guidance on promotion and compensation.
it seems like i missed the july cycle and will need to wait minimally 3 years to be considered for promotion.
is it worthwhile joining? i'm also interviewing with other stat boards currently
