Fixed quantum? For real across all paygrades? That seems insane

Are there any instance where you have see people promote in 1 year 10 months and etc in July or Dec?
That means this person must wait for the next promotion cause that person miss 2 months?

Came across someone who got promoted less than 2 years, but staff was boss's pet.. Everyone was pissed cos said person didn't had the capability but was promoted regardless.

the bonus has been good, but honestly I believe most HCWs are unhappy about the annual increments and/or slow career progressions.

That's right, bonus is pretty good especially if you are A grade, easily more than 3 months bonus. Our base is too low, and a lot of seniors are disadvantaged, I have junior with a lower job grade drawing a higher starting salary than me, who came in at a higher job grade.

This is the first time in my 8year career that I actually had a >$200 pay increment.
Seems like nuhs bonus is higher but SI is lower. Singhealth bonus is lower but SI is higher.
