As you can see, the pay increment for PHI is pathetic, pls take my example as a warning to not join the industry, our pay increment is only 3plus % every year, it is not even enough to cover the rate of inflation. Promotion is very hard to come by, and to be honest, most of the average performers (me included) will retire at JG14.

Could you share,under what circumstances did you get a salary revision? I got no salary revision.

MOH salary revision for AHP, the next one should be in 2026.

Are there any instance where you have see people promote in 1 year 10 months and etc in July or Dec?

That means this person must wait for the next promotion cause that person miss 2 months?

Yah can. Even for non-degree holder, but your boss have to put you up.

Nope never seen it happen for my cluster. Sometimes bosses are reluctant to shake the boat.

It really depends on luck. Why? My ex-boss in Singhealth, came in same rank and job grade as me, Job Grade 13. She was a really bully, a very nasty personality but knew how to give a good impression to the bosses. They recommended her to jump to Job Grade 14 in just 2 years.
