depends on gender, class of honours, AHP12/AHP13?

4-5k is currently a safe range

Let's say male, 2/1 honours. Not sure about grade as hospitals in Singhealth have 3 junior grades while NUHS has only 2 grades before reaching senior.

For a local uni grad after 5 years of experience, 4k is really too low. 5k sounds alright.

I was offered $3750 as a AH13, for 5 years of experience. Really to low balled by HR.

5 year some places already AH14 or the senior 1 grade. The fastest I have seen is 2 years promote to senior 1 but is a scholar.

Promotion is very very slow at my department..

AH11 to 12 takes about 7 years
AH 12 to 13 takes about 10 years.

Currently I'm at AH 13 in my 8th year, I foresee I have to wait til the 15th year to get promoted judging by my colleagues trend.

You should have left then. I left restructured hospital once my bond was up now looking at the market rate in case I want to join back. But I doubt the pay would be good for the amount of work.
