I think what they mean is that PH01/PH02 job title is Pharmacist at Singhealth
PH01 at NHG is Pharmacist, PH02 at NHG is Senior Pharmacist already

Which AHP and at what grade?
Lower grades can be seen on HSEU document, very transparent one

Actually I am curious whether the pay differs across the professions? For example does a physiotherapist earn more than an occupational therapist or podiatrist or pharmacist?

Pharmacist separate scale. But AH13 similar to P13 etc
Heard there was an anti-competitiveness thing where there's no pay increase from changing clusters, they'll match last drawn. The trick to increase your pay usually is to go private and come back again (More relevant for administrators, this doesn't work for AHP, they'll tell you your experience is not relevant lol).
idk how accurate pinch of salt mmkay
but usally the attrition is high as promotion and increments are slow af
you sound like a student go finance or tech la the pay and life is better
