Apparently for my side, the entire cluster got the same grading.

Heard from colleague when questioned why in one is the town hall from another hospital, the CHRO couldn’t give a satisfactory reply
You mean the entire cluster got B grading?!

Every year during the employee engagement townhill, we will feedback to the CEO, CMB etc on our low salaries, and always the same patronising answers..

I see, its slightly different for my cluster. Bonus depends on your PHI, if your hospital makes more money, you get more bonus..

How much was your bonus previously? I was told it was 3 months plus last time, did the cluster cut down bonus this year?

Check out our union Facebook, just released a statement confirming disparity between clusters and once again praise themselves for working tirelessly this year again.

If whatever award that was given out last year was unsustainable and had great financial impact, why give out the bonuses in the first place?

To deceive the public into thinking we are being well taken care off only and claw it back
From us once the heat dies down?
