Singhealth definitely doesn't pay this much. It's a known fact among all the clusters, Singhealth pays the least, as far as I know for AHP.

For Singhealth, we don't get any variable bonus at all. For most people (B performers), we get 2.5 months for PB plus 1 month AWS, we also get a one time special payout ~$550. So most people get a 15.5 months package. Only those scored A and above will be able to get >16 months package, as A will guarantee you a 3.25 months PB.

That's right, we had one in 2016, 2021,likely the next one will be in 2026.

Yes that’s the understand, but it won’t be 120.
