Pay increment quite standard across the board I believe; most will get 2.3%+$30 every year.
Promotion from Exec to Senior Exec in NUHS should be job grade promotion though, from JG11 to JG12? That's my understanding. I've never heard of lateral promotions in public healthcare. Usually it's job grade+title promotion. If no change in job grade, likely there is no promotion increment.

Wow variable bonus 1.9? That’s so much higher that civil service.

Yes, that's what I've heard too. But at NHG, bonus for the whole year is broken into two payouts: one in Jul (0.9mth variable bonus+500+performance bonus), one in Dec (AWS+1mth variable bonus). So while annual packages are somewhat competitive, you have to contend with the lower base.

pay increment is coming soon, anybody know what will the increment be?
for exec to senior exec in nuhs is a lateral promotion and still in the same grade jg11, would anyone know if there is promotion increment for this?

+$100 for the lateral promotion at the same job grade. Understand it's usually after 1 year of service or thereabout. Next promotion is to 12 with AM title

is this a guarantee promotion which is automatically triggered by HR or will your RO have to put you up for promotion?

Walao when I joined in 2014, was told the unspoken rule is minimum 3 years before considered for any promotion. Looks like things have changed now.

Believe it should be quite automatic. Best to check with your HR. It not really a promotion in the purest sense. Just a feel good thing that's all...

Yeah I had the sense that this was also the case, but my personal experience bucked this trend heavily.

It'd probably get longer/harder once you progress beyond an "individual contributor" role. Individual contributors in public healthcare institutions are generally in Job Grades 11-14. Beyond that, you're in middle management.
Assuming 2-3 years per job grade (as far as I am aware, job titles are inflated in NUHS):
JG11 Executive I
JG12 Executive II/Senior Executive
JG13 Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
JG14 Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager
JG15 Manager
Would take you between 8-12 years to become a manager leading a team.

Thanks.
Can give the range of expected pay within each job grade?
I.e how much do a manager earns?

Do note the top end of the range are for farmers. Also, these are simply indicative ranges that I have found out either anecdotally or through job portals that have listed salary ranges and should not be taken as the definitive range.
JG11 2700-4900 Executive I
JG12 3200-5700 Executive II
JG13 4110-6990 Senior Executive
JG14 5200-7500 Assistant Manager
JG15 5800-8000 Manager
JG16 7000-9000 Senior Manager
JG17 8000-10000 Assistant Director
JG18 10000-12000 Deputy Director
JG19 >10000 Director
