JG13 to 14 is a very difficult.

In admin, it’s SE to AM. So u have a lot of people stuck there. And some people may not want to go to 14 too, because that’s when u have to start managing people. And tbh, the increment u get is not worth the extra headache and misery.

your need to get B+ or exceed requirements in one of your last 2 appraisal to be eligible for promotion.

13 to 14 everybody will be stuck for 3-4 years, even if you are a good performer.

stuck at 12 the last 3.5 years.

boss never mention anything about promotion too.

depends on your composition, if there are many 14s, will be very hard and of course what kind of boss you work for.

like many other have point out, some ro's like to see the person perform in the 14 role for a few years before they even put them up ...... sad, but it is a reality.

Received my TPM, and I got EE grade. Currently a JG13, is there a chance I may move to JG14? Or are there bands to upgrade within JG13 itself?
