HSEU collective agreement not present yet, probably will only be unveiled after election?
Can someone help ask Brother Ng about this?

Am interested in the cross cluster part. If transfer between cluster now till Jul, will still get the PB (since payout is Jul).

Doubt will get PB since it's not an internal transfer? Corporate bonus will probably be pro-rated, but i think it will only be given out once pass probation. I think i more interested to know if will get a revision of salary even though just joined.

I am currently in Singhealth, JG12, job title executive.
I applied to a NHG role, that is titled "senior executive".
I have a verbal offer but......NHG HR says that i will be transferring over with the same job title "executive". I am very disappointed because it means that I will be doing senior executive role but under executive title.......

Let's be practical and realistic. Nowadays if you want to promote, you will need to be working at a higher level first, while drawing a lower level salary. Once higher management feels that you're ready, they will promote. So the higher salary comes later.
You still have a choice to reject the offer and stay at your current position if you're unhappy with the offer.

They said that this is the policy. I told HR that I am okay to be doing the enlarged responsibilities with no pay increment but I should be getting the same job title that was advertised in the job posting

Doesn’t work like that at all bro… LLST
