Unfortunately my job is not patient fronting so the verbal abuse and tantrum throwing by my supervisor are done behind closed doors.

You need a martyr to record the session and report it.

Preferably, someone going to retire or leaving the hospital.

Someone willing to be the rebel leader.

If you don't fight, it's going to be even smaller.

Normal annual/merit increment for the vast majority in the civil service seems to be around 3% only.

For AHP's whats the pay increase from JG 12 to 13, 13 to 14, 14 to 15?

SingHealth just announced 6 months mid year bonus for those junior grades

hi guys i got offered exec role, it is a admin position. prior to this was doing another industry for 3 years, non rel experience. I was doing a PT deg till sept. is the pay for? currently being offered 3.9k
