This year, due to the longstanding complaints about pay for AHP, therr is enhanced AI of 0.6 to 2%, depending on your compa ratio and performance.
They combine it together with the usual AI, so it appears more.
That said, 6.5% and 7% still sounds very bloated.
Most people have 4 plus to 6 plus% with enhanced AI.

Last year Singhealth bumped up SI by a bit due to inflation but nowhere near 6%. Only 4% plus at best.

Hi guys,
I am currently working as a manager at CPF board. I heard that civil servant job title is inflated.
So if I want to join sgh, what would a manager in CPF Board equivalent to in sgh?

Why join healthcare? Civil service pays better.

So you want to see sick people instead of old people.
Why bother with titles?
The money is more important.

Exactly. U can be a manager in SGH but earn way much lesser than a manager in a civil service.

Now the tide has turned and it’s their turn to think about their long term career plans after serving their bond. My advise is to think carefully before joining healthcare and think extra hard if there is a bond involve.

mfw not bonded (and not nus scholar) and in healthcare, also a pharmacist (●'◡'●)

some NHG institutions got give OT pay, but must be the approved kind (usually patient-facing one)
if OT because of useless kaizen projects or compulsory training or need to chart patient notes, then no pay lol
