depends on function and type of job also.

are u willing to share more details?

as far as i know there's the different starting pay for the same grades beyond class also.

for example hr execs pay is much lower than policy admin staff etc ...

advise you to look at these roles in tech industry instead. skeptical if healthcare industry can match for these roles.

Yes I agree. Healthcare industry don't pay well.. I see those IT staff always overworked.

and given the lack of knowledge and experience in this field amongst healthcare staff, people tend to have unrealistic expectations in terms of what you can deliver for mediocre pay

I am a senior data analyst in public sector with over 10 yoe n hav applied numerous times to healthcare agencies but always no response one. I wondee why. Isit my asking salary too high?
